"I believe you get what you pay for. So I was excited when I decided to purchase a Jetline "HellFire" Extreme Flight Sim computer
system. I just had to try out that kind of performance for myself.
I've had two other high end systems before from Alienware. They were fast machines and were unique with their spaced out colorful
case designs, but getting tech support was challenging at times and they always came pre-installed with software that I didn't really
need or want.
I really liked how Jetline only puts in what you want in your system when they build it. No more unknown processes or unwanted
programs bogging down your computers resources. It's a clean machine.
When it comes to price, my Jetline system blows the Alienware ALX away! Doing a comparison of similar components on my Jetline
HellFire system gave me a savings of nearly $500.00! My sales representative helped me configure exactly what I wanted within my
budget and I can now use the extra money I saved for getting a larger LCD flat screen monitor!
Talk about performance! Jetline delivers. I'm now flying Microsoft FSX in 1920 x 1200 resolution with all the faders maxed out and I get
frame rates over 100 when at altitude or cross country!! Even at large airports in major metropolitan cities my framerates are averaging
50 and up! That's astonishing speed and flying any kind of aircraft is now very smooth with no stuttering effects.
If you want the best, you won't find a better high end system out there. Tech support that is there when you need it. Quick replies to any
questions you have and expert advice and guidance you can actually understand.
I'm one very satisfied customer and I highly recommend a Jetline system to anybody who takes their PC flight simulation as seriously as

"I'm an avid Flight Simmer. I have been suffering for years with having to try to keep up with this wonderful, Processor-intensive flight
simming hobby. I always had to "compromise' this experience by reducing my sliders to lower and lower settings. I was like so many
who ordered computers through the "D" or "G" companies. It seemed easy, but it had a price! The price was to settle for the same
computer build as so many others settled for. None of this related to the specifics of my needs or intended uses. Then I found

version behind in performance. If you tell this company what you want, they deliver, and then some. Many simmers advocate building
their own PC but it is a reality for many of us that we do not have the time to do or learn to do that. To those of us who need our sim rigs
out of the box, Jetline is the place to go. You will pay the same if not less than at the other companies we are all familiar with yet what
you get is so much more. The customer service will knock you to the floor and you will think your dreaming. I can't believe how many
times I found myself saying, "FINALLY, A computer company that gets it." I said I wanted at least 24 FPS in KATL, KDCA, and the New

"Okay it is probably high time I got this written. First let me say up front that I am a Electrical Engineer and a licensed Private Pilot since
1978. I graduated from Hawaii Air Academy located at PHNL airport. Have you ever been on a 3 mile final for 4L and have a 727 on a 10
mile final for 4R and you touch down side by side? Just a little intimidating to say the least! I have been using computers since the Radio
Shack TRS 80 and still have a TI-994A in the closet that still worked the last time I hooked it up to a tv. I started simming on a green
screen and the software dates back to Flight Assignment ATP by Sublogic and I still have my original Dos 5 version of MSFS along with
the great manuals they printed back in those days. You may already think I am really old but we are only creeping up on 52 this month.
The most expensive computer system I ever bought was my first IBM clone, a 8088 at Best Buy when they were fairly new in Wichita
Kansas and it cost me around $1200, I thought it was really something. I have been a Extra Class Ham Radio Operator for 34 years and
I had some equipment on 1296 mhz back then and never thought computers would exceed what was considered exotic even for ham

"I have struggled to find a good computer to run my FS9 sim along with the dozens of add-on scenery and aircraft I have accumulated
over the years. I have been through 3 different machines which I have bought through Best Buy in the last 5 years. My old computers
have always worked great with games but have struggled with FS9 when I load my add-on programs. I seen an ad in Computer Pilot
magazine and called them up to get some advice on how to tweak my system or what upgrades I should make with my HP system.

"WOW... What an amazing experience!!! Let me tell you that none of the other major computer makers ( especially Alienware!! ) will ever
match the service, support and expertise that I received from JETLINE SYSTEMS.
I had been looking to upgrade the computer that I was using to run my FSX for a few months and after finding the one that I wanted, I
order the system from this self proclaimed "Award Winning Customer Service" GIANT and since they were using their AMAZING "Alien"
technology, I thought this was the one, so I ordered it on November 2, 2009. I was told that the computer would be delivered on
12/02/2009. Well, not really!!...
After many phone calls to their amazing customer service center located in India, no one knew why my computer was not here. Not only
that, it was extremely difficult to communicate with them so I cancelled the [Alienware] order on 1/12/2010... with NO penalties!! I
contacted JETLINE SYSTEMS on 1/12/2010 and spoke to Greg. I explained to him what I was going thought with that other company. He
explained to me why JETLINE SYSTEMS is different from the "Other" companies out there. I asked for his advise on what kind of system I
should get for what I wanted to do. Going by his recommendations, I ordered my HELLFIRE GTO system on 1/13/2010. I received my
new computer on 1/29/2010.
From day one, the system was not working properly as every time I tried to do a flight with FSX, it kept crashing. I contacted Greg and
explained the situation to him. Without hesitation, right then and there, he took it upon himself to get it fixed as soon as possible. We
couldn't figure out what the problem was. Ken, the technical support man, got involved and between him and Greg, they got the computer
fixed in no time. I am now enjoying my HELLFIRE GTO without a single problem!! I could not begin to tell you how frustrating it was not to
be able to use my computer BUT Greg and Ken never gave up on me. They showed me how much they cared about getting my problem
solved and they did it with the highest level of professionalism that I have ever seen. JETLINE SYSTEMS is truly a champion in
Customer Service and Support. I am a customer for life!!!

"I am a retired Airline employee with over 35 years of service and have been an avid flight simmer for more than 12 years. After seeing
Jetline's banner many times on FlightSim.com I decided to visit their web site, and am I ever glad I did! I live quite close to their
headquarters in Spring Hill, Florida, so I gave them a call to set up a visit to discuss a potential purchase of a Jetline computer. I met
with Greg Sanderson, told him what I was looking for in a computer to make Flight Simming as "real as it gets". I use FS9 versus FSX,
which I really do not care for.
After meeting with Greg and his partner, we came up with the "perfect" computer, built around FS9. It took Greg a week to build it, and as
promised, it was ready for me to pick up on schedule. In addition to building my computer, Greg was able to save all my flight sim files,
which was a ten year labor of love by putting them on the back-up hard drive installed on the new computer.
I got it home, fired it up my favorite aircraft in the sim and took off. Well, I was truly amazed!I Extend my sincere gratitude to Greg and
