*Limited Parts Warranty For Complete Systems

Limited warranty on complete system components from original invoice date (system components is
defined as all major component inside the case, excluding special order items). A complete system is
defined as an operational CPU unit assembled by Jetline Systems which includes an operating
system. Jetline Systems will replace or repair any system component for the period of the service
contract from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued,
Jetline Systems reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an
upgrade option.

Jetline Systems will repair any complete system purchased from Jetline Systems for the period of the
service contract, However, if the need for repair was due to customer negligence (at Jetline System's
discretion) or is in any way the fault of the customer (at Jetline System's discretion), Jetline Systems
reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of labor at Jetline Systems current hourly labor
rate.

Return For Service

Original packaging is required due to fragile system components.  Please keep all packaging in the
event of a service return.  Jetline Systems is not responsible for damage in shipping due to
inappropriate packing.  Technical Support will issue you a RMA number for service returns.

Lifetime Technical Support Warranty For Complete Systems

Any customer who purchases a complete system from Jetline Systems is entitled to free technical
support for as long as they own the system. To obtain technical support services or to invoke warranted
privileges, customers should either contact Jetline Systems Technical Support Department or send us
an online requests.

30-day Money-Back Guarantee On Complete Systems

Every Jetline Systems complete system includes a 30-day money-back guarantee (may be subject to a
15% restocking fee). Shipping and handling or open software are non-refundable.

Parts Warranty

Every retail part or hard drive that Jetline Systems carries has a full manufacturer's warranty. If your retail
part is defective within 30 days from the date of the original invoice, you will receive a replacement part
from Jetline Systems If your retail part should fail after 30 days of the original invoice date, your
manufacturer's warranty is in effect and the product can be returned to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement. OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, except for processors, have a full one-year
Jetline Systems warranty. If your OEM part is defective within one year from the date of the original
invoice, you will receive a replacement part from Jetline Systems If a replacement OEM part is no longer
available or is discontinued, Jetline Systems reserves the right to substitute the OEM product for an
equivalent part or offer an upgrade option. OEM processors carry a 30-day Jetline Systems warranty
only. Jetline Systems is in no way responsible for the incompatibility, assembly of and / or integration of
kits, barebone systems and / or parts purchased from Jetline Systems with other components not
purchased from Jetline Systems. If parts returned as defective to Jetline Systems for replacement or
refund are tested by Jetline Systems technicians and found to be in correct working order, customers
are subject to a $35.00 diagnostic fee, in addition to any shipping and handling charges incurred by
Jetline Systems, at Jetline Systems discretion. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to
such parts claimed to be defective and returned for refund.
